What to do if the artwork arrives damaged?Step 1 – Within three (3) days of delivery date, please call +380972685083 between the hours of 9:00 – 18:00 GMT or email [email protected] to provide your order information and full details of the condition.
Step 2 – Please, take photos of damaged artwork and packaging and email these photos to [email protected] within three (3) days of delivery date. Save original packaging!
